I like freshly ground coffee. I like my coffeemaker to do this prior to my getting out of bed. Cuisinart's grind and brew is a great, everyday workhorse. I have had 3 of Cuisinarts grind and brews and they last at least 3 years. The new one better than the last one and I thought the last one was very good.
